Gaming is entertainment — not a burden. CK55 wants you to play with a clear head and within your limits. On this page, we explain how to build responsible gaming habits and what protection tools we offer.
Our Commitment
6 Core Principles of Responsible Gaming
CK55 believes that building a healthy gaming culture isn't just the player's responsibility — it's ours too. That's why we uphold these six core principles.
You must be 18 or older to open an account at CK55. KYC verification is carried out at registration and before the first withdrawal to ensure no minors can access the platform.
You decide how much to deposit daily, weekly, or monthly. Limits take effect immediately once set, and any increase requires a 24-hour waiting period.
CK55 has a session timer to let you know how long you've been playing. Once your set time is up, the system will automatically alert you and can end the session if needed.
If you feel like you need a break, you can temporarily suspend your account for a set period. Self-exclusion is available from 7 days up to a maximum of 5 years.
You can set a cap on how much you're willing to lose within a given period. Once that limit is reached, the system will not allow any further bets — giving you full control.
If you feel that gaming is affecting your life, our support team is available 24/7. We can also refer you to professional gaming counselling services.
Protection Tools
How to Set Limits
Activate these tools in just a few seconds from your CK55 account settings.
Go to Account Settings > Responsible Gaming > Deposit Limit. Choose a daily, weekly, or monthly limit. Reductions take effect immediately, but increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.
Decide in advance how much you're willing to lose in a given period. Once that limit is reached, your account will automatically stop accepting bets. Update it anytime under Settings > Loss Limit.
Set a time limit for each session before you start playing. Choose 30 minutes, 1 hour, or a custom duration. When the time is up, a pop-up alert will appear with the option to log out.
You'll receive automatic notifications at regular intervals showing how long you've been playing and your total winnings/losses for the session. This keeps you grounded in reality.
If you're feeling tired or just need to clear your head, you can put your account in cool-off mode for 1 day, 7 days, or 30 days. You won't be able to log in during this period, but your balance stays safe.
If you feel you need a longer break, you can set a permanent self-exclusion from 6 months up to 5 years. Contact our support team and they will guide you through the process and connect you with additional resources.

5 Habits for Safe Gaming
Before each session, decide — mentally or in writing — how much you're willing to spend. Once that amount is gone, stop for the day. Don't chase losses by putting in more money.
Gaming is like going to the cinema or dining out — it's a leisure expense. The moment you start seeing it as a source of income, problems begin. Always remember: the house edge is always there.
Take at least a 10–15 minute break every hour. Get up, stretch, have some water, and rest your eyes. A clear head leads to better decisions.
Placing bets when you're angry, sad, or frustrated almost always leads to bigger losses. If you're not in a good headspace, it's best to skip gaming for the day.
Let a family member or trusted friend know that you play online. Being open about it makes it much easier to stay in control — and to get help if you ever need it.
Responsible gaming means keeping gaming a controlled, enjoyable part of your life — not letting it take over. CK55 believes that with the right mindset and the right tools, gaming can be a healthy form of entertainment.
Online gaming in Bangladesh is growing rapidly. With that growth comes increased risk. Many people start out playing for fun, but over time some begin placing larger bets to chase losses — this is what's known as problematic gaming behaviour. At CK55, we want to address this issue at its root.
Our responsible gaming program has three core goals: first, to help players understand that gaming is entertainment, not a livelihood; second, to give them the tools to manage their own behaviour; and third, to support those who are already struggling.
CK55 operates in accordance with international Responsible Gaming standards. The following policies apply on our platform at all times:
We know some ads or offers can make it feel like "this time I'll definitely win." The truth is, gaming is a game of chance — every bet's outcome is uncertain. Never go beyond your budget chasing a bonus or promotion.
Players often don't realise their gaming habits have become a problem — it's usually family or friends who notice first. If someone close to you is concerned about another person's gaming, raise it with compassion, not anger.
Parents at CK55 can contact us directly if they suspect their child is using the platform. We act quickly and handle all cases with complete confidentiality. Family wellbeing is our top priority.
Gaming addiction is a real mental health issue — and there's no shame in it. With the right help at the right time, recovery is possible. CK55 is committed to fostering a culture of responsible gaming.
